Hotel rénové. Service au top, Ramon au desk. Propre, climatisation silencieuse. Grande piscine, petit déjeuner mini. Room service à la demande.

No ice machine on the first floor, third floor barely had any ice at 5:45 am, had to go to second floor to fill ice bucket.

Me hospede el pasado mes de junio 2024, la ubicación esta en muy buena área, a solo 5 min de DIsneyland, el desayuno que incluye es muy básico, ceral, wafles, café y fruta. Las habitaciones incluyen un frigobar, y un horno de microndas que sirve de mucho, la atención es buena por parte de las recepcionistas y si llegas en carro cuentan con estacionamiento GRATUITO, a los alrededores se encuentran varios comercios donde puedes comprar comida para la comida y cena, la limpieza es buena. Definitivamente por el precio y la ubicación volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí (:

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, and everything was excellent. We had an issue with a railing and the shower, but they fixed it the same day. The pool is great for a day of relaxation. The breakfast is sufficient; there’s cereal, waffles, bread you can toast and top with butter, jam, and/or cream cheese, and also fruit. The hotel is close to Disney, so you can walk to the entrance in about 20-30 minutes, and to the Disney parking lot in about 10 minutes (from there, you can take the train that drops you off at the Disney entrance at no cost). The rooms are quite spacious, and on the days we requested room service (you have to notify them before 8 a.m. if you want room service), they left everything clean, and all the staff were very friendly. It’s a 2-star hotel, and it is what it is. It’s close to the freeway, so you have access to various stores within just 5 minutes, which is perfect! Of course, sometimes there’s a bit of noise because, as I mentioned before, it’s near the freeway, but it’s not bothersome. The price is excellent for what you get!
