Checked in to our room. The parking lot alone is very tight and small. Coming into the room there is no soap in the bathroom sink area to wash your hands. The a/c is not very efficient for the space. Cleanliness as stated in previous reviews is 4/10
There is a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that the sheets only get changed out every “ 3 days” if not personally requested. Getting into bed there is a stain on the sheets that appears to be the color of dried blood
Perfect sized rooms and amenities, even has breakfast in the morning so it’s great! The front end customer service was top notch and very helpful considering the situation we were in. This will be our new place to stay when we go to Disneyland
