Very nice location and room, great distance from the parks and for a good price too! One thing to note for anyone not staying for the parks is that almost every night the Disney fireworks are really loud since the location is so close to the parks. We didn't mind at all! Only noteworthy outlier was a slight 'burning' smell from the heater but we only used the A/C for the unit so wasn't a bother but may be more noteworthy in the winter months
