Rooms are good. There was a lot of noise or I would have given a 5. There was screaming kids, which is to be expected… but the cat howling at night was problematic.
This is a great hotel , we stayed 2 night its close to disney and shops very quiet and clean , and the price ir great we stayed November 15/17,2025 will recommend 100%.
When we first arrived our room was much smaller than I thought I had booked. The front desk was helpful in helping me upgrade to a larger room, and my kids were ecstatic about it. We didn't have time to use the pool area, though it looked nice. My only complaint is that the breakfast didn't offer any protein options. It's hard to prepare for a long day at Disney without that. Otherwise the location is close and you get a good view of Disney fireworks each night.
My son did forget his favorite stuffed animal in the room and we didn't realize it until we had flown back home. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly about it, once I got the shipping label to them they went out of their way to get it back to us as soon as possible. I am so thankful for the kind staff here.
