Got into Anaheim around 2 am. 1 room available and Daniel at the front desk was extremely helpful. Great customer service will definitely recommend to others. If management sees this review Daniel deserves a raise! Thank you Daniel!
The room was pretty basic but was clean. But I mostly have to compliment their service. My son left his iPad there and we didn’t realize until we were hours away. They went and check the room and found it. I was able to purchase a mailing label and set it up to be picked up by UPS. They packaged it for me and sent it right away! I was so grateful they were able to do that for me as we were getting on a plane (from several hours away) a couple of days later.
